The pay-scale of various faculty positions is as follows:
- Professor : Scale- Rs. 20,400 - 1500 - 35,400; Gross Emolument at Minimum: Rs. 60,000
- Associate Professor: Scale: Rs. 18,400 - 1200 - 30,400; Gross Emolument at Minimum: Rs. 55,000
- Assistant Professor: Scale Rs. 15,000 - 800 - 23,000; Gross Emolument at Minimum: Rs. 45,000
- Lecturer : Scale Rs. 12,000 - 600 - 18,000; Gross Emolument at Minimum: Rs. 36,000
- Manager (MDP): Scale: 12000-600-18000;Gross Emolument at Minimum:: Rs. 35,000
The Incumbent for the Manager (MDP) should be a postgraduate , preferably MBA, with Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
