IBS invites applications for its all campuses from well qualified senior academicians and professionals for faculty positions at all levels from Senior Lecturer to Senior Professor in all areas of Management including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Organizational Behavior & Human Resources, QM & Research Methods, IT & Systems, Analytics & BI, ERP, Operations Management, Communications & Soft Skills, Business Strategy & International Business, Banking, Insurance, Entrepreneurship and Law. They are expected to do research, teaching and contribute to the overall development of institution goals.
For positions of Assistant Professor to Associate Professor, candidates should have a PhD from a reputed Indian/foreign university with work experience of about 3 to 10 years. Fresh PhDs can also apply.
For the position of Professor/Senior Professor, candidates should be PhDs from reputed Indian/foreign universities. They should be thought-leaders, active in research guidance and should have published articles in refereed journals with teaching experience of more than 10 years. Candidates who are in final stage of PhD will also be considered for suitable positions.
Senior and Middle Management Professionals with MBA from leading business schools in India (IIMs/XLRI/IBS etc) and abroad with active interest in academics/research will also be considered for suitable positions.
