ELIGIBILITY:
MCI Recognized PG Qualification/DNB from the concerned Speciality.
1. Professor Rs.18,400-500-22,400(Rs.60,000+*20,000+5000-perks=Rs.85,000)
12 years teaching experience in which 4 yrs as Asst. Prof., 4 yrs as Associate Prof., 4 yrs as Additional Prof. Age limit: 55 years,15 years teaching experience forbroad specialty, minimum of 4 publications desirable in the indexed national journals.

2. Associate Professor 14,300-400-18,300(Rs.48,700+*20,000+5000-perks=Rs.73,700)
4 years for Super Specialties (as Assistant Professor) and 7 years (4 yrs asAssistant Professor)of Broad Specialties after MD/DM/MCh/DNB qualification, With minimum of 4 publications desirable in the indexed national journals.

3. Assistant Professor 11,625-325-15,200(Rs.40,500+*20,000+5000-perks=Rs.65,500)
One year experience for super Specialties (If DM/MCh/DNB is two year duration) & 3 years for Broad Specialties after MD/DNB qualification.

*Enhancement of allowances are subject to final approval of Government.

In addition to pay, DA, NPA, DP, Clinical Research Allowance, Risk Allowance and Conveyance allowance, Partly furnished accommodation and other perks as per SVIMS rules will be provided. Retired faculty upto the age of 62 years also eligible and monthly consolidated pay will be paid.
In addition to the above the institute will sponsor the faculty to attend 4 (State/National) conferences per annum and one international conference once in two years as per their eligibility.
